the staff made everything easy. mahendra greeted me warmly. ms. jade also was very helpful with her attention to detail. samreen made check-in quick, it was easy.

The fridge was small. It barely cooled my drinks.

the hotel is near the metro station. it is near the national museum too, maybe five minutes walking. the souk wakif is also nearby, just a twelve minute walk, i timed it.

excellent stay!

really good staff clean facility good dining

I found the staff treated me well, especially mr jonar. mr houssem was helpful and went out of his way to assist me. the facility was very clean and the dining facility was quite good. I was impressed. i commend the good receptionist.

I noticed that rooms are small compared to others. window glasses were hazy. this obstructed watching the outside view. i suggest all rooms have the same environment category. i'm looking forward to improvements.

The air conditioning was quite weak and hard to adjust. I could not get the room to a comfortable temperature. the bathroom was showing its age with some cracked tiles and a slow-draining sink. These issues affected my overall stay..

jonar at the front desk was very nice. he checked us in quickly. the room was bigger than i expected and comfortable.

i could not control the air temperature. there was only one towel provided for my stay. the bathroom door closed automatically, i found this annoying.

An Acceptable Hotel Stay

helpful manager delicious food dirty pool small room

Ms Sharon helped me a lot. She also arranged a tour. The manager and assistant manager were helpful to tourists. The restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price.

The pool was dirty. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important. My experience did not meet the expected standards. Rooms are small. Window glasses made it difficult to see outside.
